White Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups (12-oz. package) white morsels
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by well-rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
