Mom's Cheese Cake

Filling:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ lbs cream cheese

Topping:
8 oz. sour cream
2-3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

9" Graham Cracker Crust

In blender, mix eggs, sugar & vanilla. Add cream cheese in pieces and blend until smooth.

Pour filling into graham cracker crust and bake at 350F for 45-50 mins. Turn off heat and let set with over door ajar.

Mix topping ingredients until well mixed. Spread on cooled cheese cake.

Can use fruit topping if preferred.
