Garlic Shrimp

1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1 medium dried red chili, split and deseeded
4 medium garlic cloves, minced
French Bread

Toss shrimp with salt in large bowl; let mixture stand 5 mins.

Meanwhile, cook oil and chili in small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir 2 minutes. Discard chili. Add shrimp, increase heat to medium and cook until shrimp turn pink and opaque, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Divide among 4 plates. Serve with french bread.
